Your team needs easy access to visual content no matter where you are. Now, you can browse, search, download and share files from your brand’s media library on any device.

PhotoShelter’s FileFlow app is now available for Android, iPad and iPhone.

Watch the video to see how easy it is to tap into the power of your brand’s media library on mobile with FileFlow:

Download FileFlow from Google Play or the App Store today!

With the FileFlow app, your team members can:

  • Easily browse and search your team’s PhotoShelter account on any mobile device
  • Download high resolution files or choose a smaller file size for mobile
  • Quickly share files via social media, messaging, Slack, email and more

So far, creative teams love using FileFlow for quick, easy access to all of the files in their media libraries on PhotoShelter.

Check out why Megan Ebeck, Marketing Manager for the SAP Center, home of the San Jose Sharks, said she was excited when she found out about FileFlow:

“In terms of social, it’s not always fast to go to your desktop, download and email it to yourself – and then files are too big – so the app just makes it infinitely faster and easier and less time consuming.”

FileFlow allows teams to share content in real time, whether they’re posting breaking news, covering a sports rivalry or sharing an insider’s look at a VIP fundraising event.

The creative team at the James Beard Foundation even uses FileFlow to share assets with sponsors (see them in action in this video). Maggie Schoenfarber, Content Manager for the James Beard Foundation says sponsors are increasingly looking for more social media content, and being able to share it with them quickly has a powerful ripple effect:

“Having the visual assets in an easily accessible place – especially with the new FileFlow app – means that we can easily deliver on sponsor requests. That helps us, too, reformulate our contracts with sponsors and partners in the future.”
