PhotoShelter Leaders Weigh in on the Social Pro

At PhotoShelter, we know how critical the Social Pro is to the success of your marketing team. During our Social Pro celebration, our leaders shared their thoughts on the value of these creative gurus on LinkedIn. Check out some of their best insights below!

PhotoShelter CEO Andrew Fingerman wrote about how the Social Pro’s role has become more critical to brands. His biggest takeaway?

“2020 seems like an inflection point in the evolving role of the social media manager inside of organizations.”

Andrew highlights many of the ways in which social media managers are responsible for keeping up with increased audience demand for content, especially as “brands transform themselves even further into media companies.”

SVP of Marketing Scott Fedonchik also weighed in on the power of Social + DAM for the win! His main point? Your DAM is the creative hub for your brand – make sure your Social Pro has easy access.

Scott highlights the intimate relationship between social media and DAM as social platforms are increasingly focused on visuals.

“Providing your social team with a seat at the table to access your content allows Social Pros to light up your brand’s feeds.”

With the right tools, your Social Pro can cut through the noise and help your brand stand out in the feed.

SVP of Revenue Kristine Muccigrosso took the time to share her thoughts about what the future of social media holds. She looks back on some important developments in social media over its history.

“The greatest impact that social media platforms have on our society today is that they serve as the conduit for brands to express their ‘voice’ on important current event matters.”

When your organization’s leadership supports your Social Pro, and invests in the tools and resources they need to thrive, your brand will be able to make meaningful, authentic connections with customers on social media. Your Social Pro gives your brand its voice. Jump into the conversation on our Social Pro Hub and shout out your Social Pro on Twitter!

Also be sure to join us on November 19 for 20/21 Vision: The Strategy Summit by PhotoShelter to hear from some of the best social pros and creative leaders in the game!
