We’re spending the whole month of October celebrating the Social Pro. All month long, we’ll share tips, stories and inspiration just for you.
We’re kicking it off with some shout-outs for the social media pros: the copywriters, content creators, community managers, data analysts and digital marketing gurus who make magic happen – amplifying a brand’s message, inspiring followers and building engaged communities.
Check out their personal profiles and the accounts they manage (or create content for). Give them a follow and show them some love. These are the Social Pros to watch in 2021!
And keep in mind, these are just a few of the pros we want to highlight. Who should we add to this list? Shout them out @psforbrands!

#Repost from @franslanting // Photo by @FransLanting Elephants were hammered hard in Zambia during the previous poaching holocaust in the 1970s and 1980s. Their population plummeted from 250,000 in the 1960s to fewer than 18,000 in 1989. Since then they have rebounded slowly. These days impressive gatherings can be seen again on the floodplains of the Luangwa River. In this image you can see long lines of buffaloes mix with elephants as they come to drink from the river at twilight. Get a jump on early season apples with this honey and apple galette created by our food stylist @emeraldcchan. Follow a step by step how-to on our stories or recipe highlights! What you’ll need: – 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed – 1 1/4 c almonds, toasted – 1/4 c granulated sugar – 1/3 c brown sugar – 1/4 tsp. kosher salt – 2 tbsp. honey, plus more for drizzling – 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted – 1 tsp. vanilla extract – 1 tsp. almond extract – 3 large eggs, divided – 2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted – 3 large Granny Smith or baking apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced – 1/2 lemon, juiced What to do: Preheat oven to 425F. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out puff pastry into a 14” x 12” rectangle. Carefully roll the pastry around rolling pin and transfer it to a 9” cast iron pan, pressing pastry to the bottle and side of pan. Place in refrigerator. Note: galette can be formed plat on a baking sheet as well (see highlights). In a blender or food processor, blitz together almonds, sugars, and salt until the texture resembles sand. Add vanilla and almond extracts, honey, butter, and 2 eggs and blend until the mixture is well combined. Set aside. In a medium bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice. Remove cast iron from the refrigerator. Pour the almond mixture into the base of the pan and spread evenly over pastry. Arrange apples over the almond paste, then fold excess puff pastry over the edges of the pan towards the apples. In a small bowl, beat reaming egg with 2 tbsp. water to form egg wash. Brush pastry with egg wash. Bake for 40-45 min, until the puff pastry is golden brown and the apples have slightly softened. Let cool for 10 min, then drizzle with honey over top. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

11 weeks ago we began the 2020 season, prepared for an anomalous campaign and its many challenges.

3 of my most passionate topics to talk about:
• social media
• mental health
It’s an extremely tough time to be involved in any (or all) of those things right now.
My DMs are always open.
Check on your friends, friends!
