As creative teams are shifting their workflows to adapt to the challenges of 2020, our PhotoShelter community is getting creative with Workspaces to collaborate quickly and easily.

Workspaces allows your team to group, share, comment on, approve and download assets for creative projects in real time, without leaving your PhotoShelter account – and in our new on-demand webinar, early power users say it’s a game changer.

“COVID hit, we all ended up having to work from home, and it completely turned our entire marketing processes on their heads,” says American Leather Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist Maggie Gala. “While we were trying to figure out how to work together as a team, there was a lot of trial and error – and a lot of errors. I noticed that Workspaces has popped up on our PhotoShelter account, and it really was able to take a very long collaborative process and turn it around and make it much easier.”

Like Maggie, Utah Valley University Director of Photography August Miller says his team’s workflow changed overnight in early March.

“When you’re in the office and you can talk directly to people and they can look at a screen or you can communicate stuff, it makes it much simpler – but with COVID, we had to find a new approach to being able to do our job and be able to coordinate and work with people, both on campus and off campus from the remote locations,” he explains. “We found that Workspaces was the perfect collaboration tool.”
